Meet Eddie Kendall

Eddie is familiar with a wide area of Central Virginia. He grew up in the Greater Richmond Area and moved back to Richmond in 2011. After graduating from George Mason with a degree in marketing, he worked in commercial real estate doing property and facilities management. Eddie transitioned to Residential Real Estate Sales, where he has helped many clients buy and sell throughout the Richmond Area.

He brings his market knowledge, experience, work ethic, marketing degree, and attention to detail to guide all his clients through their real estate transactions. As an experienced buyer and seller agent, Eddie has guided his clients through transactions in nearly all the counties surrounding Richmond. He’s successfully handled transactions involving complex situations such as inherited estates, power of attorneys, judgments & title issues. Using his marketing degree and knowledge of the local real estate market, he’s helped many clients who previously had unsuccessful attempts to sell their home. He has experience working with first time home buyers, and with clients handling the sale of their current home while simultaneously buying their next home.

Eddie became a Realtor because of his passion for helping people and he understands that buying and selling a home can be stressful and overwhelming at times. He breaks down each step of the transaction with his clients as he guides them through to closing.

Eddie lives with his wife and 2 children in the Near West End. He is a member of the Westhampton Masonic Lodge. In his spare time, he enjoys landscaping, duck hunting, skeet shooting, fly fishing, camping, and reading.

Eddie was a referral from one of my parents neighbors in Northern Virginia. I’ve lived in Richmond for a few years, and had been through somewhere between 5-10 realtors.
