What a great experience selling my condo, easily the best real estate experience of my life. Patrick did an amazing job of explaining the process, helping me prepare my condo for sale, and created beautiful marketing materials for the sale. It sold the first weekend on the market at over asking price. After the sale Patrick and his assistant walked me through the closing process and he even helped me pack!
