Keith and Jene guided us through the process of fixing up and selling my mother's house when she moved to assisted living. Significant effort was required to get the house in good shape to sell, and at every point along the way the Woods provided terrific service and advice. We relied on their advice on what to fix and their recommendations for contractors, and I am convinced we saved more money by using their recommended contractors than we paid in commission for the sale. As an added bonus, the reliability of the contractors greatly reduced our anxiety throughout the process

I worked with Ted twice. I helped me to buy our first home and sell it after a few years. Buying and selling home is very stressful work especially you are not familiar with it. You can trust him and let him do his job. Then, you will get a home that you wanted or you can sell it as you expected. He gets job done. He is the best.
