Cheryl's knowledge of the market, particularly area 20, helped me to not overpay for the home. Sensing a bit of a lull in the market, she proposed we offer a lower purchase price and even negotiated cash back at closing. Even the closing attorney was surprised by the terms pf the day! Finding a home in this area with a basement, garage, great yard and in the low 400's was a challenge but she came through!

He drove us all over Richmond and vicinity, helping us to get to know the neighborhoods, teaching us the basics of buying a home, and entertaining my mother as we traveled from house to house. He helped us to avoid some major pitfalls and then prepped us for how to fight for the house that we ultimately wanted. He was always available to answer questions, provide references, and to give his thoughtful and measured advice. I cannot recommend Robert enough!
