Chris was extremely personable and helpful not only in helping us find the right home and sharing his considerable knowledge of the area, but also in negotiating and completing the process. Our circumstances were complicated by the fact that we were relocating across the country and could not be present for the home inspection and most of the process. Chris went above and beyond in representing us and we would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!

Whatever wrinkle, hiccup, or roadblock we encountered, she knew how to overcome it with confidence and certainty. Many times we found ourselves troubled about pending deadlines or repairs that needed to happen and wondered how we could possibly get it all done. She always stepped in a made sure it happened and often went well above and beyond what was expected (even after the deal was closed). Her ability to shepherd us through the process was comforting and incredibly reassuring. She has a calming influence that can't be overstated!
