Kristi did such a great job helping me find the right home!!! I kept saying she must have so much patience as I often changed the parameters of my search, but she had no problem with that and ALWAYS honored my requests. Kristi was always available, we texted, emailed and made phone calls and she was right there with immediate responses. This is an extremely tight market, and I began to wonder if I would find what I wanted; she always encouraged me that the "perfect" one would happen and she was right. Leo was incredibly patient in our search for a home in Williamsburg...literally going all over town in the heat of the summer to chase down and negotiate possibilities! He kept us in the loop about everything that came on the market after our house hunting trip and was willing to check out houses we were not available to see in person. He listened well to our needs and wants and never pressured us. Leo and Lisa work as an awesome, seamless team and are two fabulous people to boot! While we decided to rent initially, it was no surprise that we called Leo the minute we decided to buy only a few months later. He supported us throughout the home-buying process from beginning to end. Would absolutely recommend Leo, especially if you want to actually enjoy the home buying process...he even makes negotiations low-stress!
