Sandy was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. In our 1st meeting, she already had assembled comparable sales and agreed with us on our desired listing price. She got us the final sales price we were hoping to get. She negotiated all cited repairs, to the point where most all were waived by the Buyer and the final one to straighten and paint the post lamp she actually fixed and painted herself so that the closing would occur on time.

Peter helped to sell my 1st home & purchase my 2nd both located in the City of Richmond. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and patient with our many questions.
