Sallie is a remarkable agent, as we can testify by both selling and buying a home through her. She is extremely responsive and is tireless in her efforts. She is very pleasant to work with, making suggestions but never being pushy. She has a good eye and a lot of contacts in the industry (e.g. cleaning, staging, general contracting, hardwood floors, carpeting) which made it much easier for us to get our house ready for the market. Mary Marsh provided a wonderful marketing plan and a make sure your home to ready to sell list for us, and we sold our house in one day. She also did a great job helping us find a new place, in a fast moving market. We were very pleased with Mary and she always went the extra mile for us. She answers her phone whenever possible and returns calls ASAP. I would highly recommend Mary!!!

In the beginning when we decided to sell the house we were anxious and dreading the whole process because we live five hours away in south -western Virginia. The house needed some work like a new roof, interior painting, a deep cleaning throughout, and removal of junk in the basement and other items. Randy and Jodi took care of every detail by contacting and setting up the roof company, the painters, professional house cleaners, and the junk haulers. Because of their experience, knowledge and truly caring about our situation, the whole process from the beginning to end was stress free. It was such a joy to work with them. They went above and beyond our expectations of a realtor. I highly recommend them, they are such a wonderful team!
