Meeting Jarrod Houp was an incredible and extremely fortunate twist of fate. My wife and I decided to finally settle-down. I joined the USAF shortly after graduating from college. From that point we spent the next 25 years moving to numerous locations throughout our great county. After retiring from the military, we moved several more times. At this stage being 72 y/o, we have decided to take permanent residence in Virginia were our three sons and grandchildren live. Brooke was awesome! We are out of state, so were often not in town when new listings came on the market. Brooke served as our eyes and ears when we weren't in town. It was a big ask, and with properties going so quickly in a red hot market, it was so helpful. I would definitely use Brooke again.

Sallie helped us sell our home when we left Richmond. So, when my husband's job brought us back to the area we knew exactly who to call. Sallie is an extremely efficient, organized, and informed agent. She helped us search for houses over multiple weekends (with small kids in tow)! She is patient and helpful in guiding you through the decision making process....and just a kind, thoughtful individual. While we hope we won't be moving again any time soon, we would highly recommend Sallie to anyone who is.
