She was able to recommend businesses to help with anything from light installation to refrigerators and could share tips and tricks on things I didn’t even know I needed to learn. I can't say enough about my wonderful experiences with Sheri. First, I was instrumental is referring her to a neighbor in which she listed and sold their property with the utmost professionalism and expertise. She assisted the widowed neighbor above and beyond expectations and spared her from undue stress. Sheri was extremely loyal and committed to my husband and myself, for an extended period of time, in regards to a listing. My husband and I used Kim Atkinson to help us in buying our new home and we are so glad we did! We were moving from out of state to the Richmond area and Kim’s knowledge of the city was truly an asset during the whole process. She was also very accommodating to our schedule as we only had one weekend to find and buy a home. She spent all weekend with us and showed us a lot of homes until we found the perfect one for us.
