Before choosing a real estate agent, Lisa and I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on neighborhood listings and sales and how agents in our neighborhood promoted their listings. Chris Ellis with Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville was a clear choice for us. His social media presence was strong, and it was evident that Chris put a lot of work into his listings.

We spoke with Chris and then met with him at our home. He answered our questions, provided us with objective data regarding sales in our area with as well as a detailed market analysis. Chris made the process of marketing/selling our home incredibly easy and took those extra steps regarding staging tips, having professional photographs taken and showing expectations.
When we saw our listing photographs we were amazed. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked incredible and knocked out the competition. We received multiple offers within days.
