It is with pleasure I share with you my thoughts and experiences with Karin Andrews, an extraordinary person with many talents. I first hired Karin as an artist for a project in our home in 2000. Thru the years we have collaborated on everything from floral arrangements, to magazine articles, Garden Club events, digital pictorials, and kids playing by the pool. AND of course, she has been our realtor as she began in that profession and beyond. Her knowledge of our property was amazing including its history. Her capability to put the property in pictures with music and beautifully written descriptions is incredible! I have seen many variations of others similar works but none that captures the soul like hers. We, and our families, have become long-lasting friends.

Ted sold our house during a very uncertain time and his patience is very much appreciated. Unknowingly, we listed right before the pandemic. Ted calmed our fears of the market uncertainty, and we stayed the course. He provided data that kept our strategy in check so that we felt very good with the final price and contract. We plan to use Ted again - his honesty (of what is known and what cannot be known) makes us very much trust his judgment. He definitely works in the best interest of his clients!

Our Favorite Homebuying Experience!

Todd and Anne were incredibly prepared when showing homes to us - every question was answered during the homebuying process! They have extensive knowledge of real estate available in the Greater Richmond area and were able to help us settle on a zip code. This was not our first home buying experience, but it was our first time working with a team approach to buying. This was our favorite experience, by far!
