Monica was very knowledgeable about the market, current real estate news and she knew what we were looking for. Monica is well connected in the community, and she knew exactly who to reach for the information we needed. Monica definately knows the different areas of Richmond, and she was able to help us fine tune our housing search since we are not from this area. Monica's attention to detail was very important to us. As in our housing search, she led us through all the steps in the purchase of the house and all the steps in the completion. We had a lot going on (my mom passed away), but we knew Monica was taking care of all the details, which was a big relief for both of us. Monica was always very positive and optimistic.
