I was so grateful to find Karin to help sell my late mother's house. I live out of state, so it was crucial I find someone with knowledge of the area in Virginia where my mother's house was located, and who understood the charm of an older house with good bones! When I first met Karin at the house, it became quickly apparent that she really had a passion for the unique architectural details inside the house. I was also impressed by her knowledge of flowers and plants, as she enthusiastically pointed out the many heirloom varieties that my Mom had in her garden. Karin's keen eye and love of decorating really came through in the photos for the listing—from her placement of the furniture to the lovely arrangements of magnolia leaves she made for the fireplace mantel and dining room table. I couldn't recommend Karin more highly. She was truly a pleasure to work with.
