Being a first time homebuyer and not understanding much about the entire process always made me nervous. In literally less than a week, I was able to research a new development, tour available units, learn the ins-and-outs of the buying process, and sign a contract for my first home. Eric was great to work with throughout the entire process. We went from interview to close in just short of six weeks and for the asking price! From the very beginning, Eric was responsive to the type of selling experience that I was looking for. He did not try to push a specific style, listened to what I wanted, and provided wonderful guiding advice for preparing my home to get the best price possible. After an offer was accepted, his team made all the inspections as painless as possible. They organized the appointments and selected professionals that were easy to work with. Lastly, Eric negotiated for favorable terms on the home inspection. I think the aspect that stood out the most was when he and a friend removed a garage refrigerator that the buyer did not want... they did this even as it was pouring down rain. Dianne was very easy to work with. She was always readily available when we had questions or concerns. Very easy to get a hold of when came time for questions. She was excellent to work with. If we ever have to sell our home again we will use her. We will highly recommend her to all of our friends and family.

I really enjoyed working with Eric. From our initial meeting, he was friendly and thorough walking me through the process. He answered all of my questions and gave me honest feedback. He went out of his way to schedule the home inspector and plumber to take a look at my home and set up a consult with a fence company.
