I loved working with Greer to buy my condo. My schedule to look at properties was all over the place; before work, lunch hour, weekends, etc. and she always made it work and was there on time. She isn't pushy or salesy (for lack of a better word); she's easy going and enjoyable to be around. I think we looked at close to 10 places in 1 week. There really wasn't much around. When I finally found my place it was on the market for maybe 1 day. We ended up putting in $5k over asking. I was a little skeptical at the time, but it was definitely the right move. They already received an offer for the asking price from the person that looked at it right before us. The day after the seller accepted my offer she got a cash offer. Now, only 18 months later, Zillow's estimate is showing the condo's value at $35k more than I paid for it. Definitely a good investment! I'm so glad I we went for it.
