Seven years ago I purchased a house in Richmond, VA next to the VCU campus. The Real Estate Agent handling the sale for the owner was Nelson Curtis. My wife and I decided to sell the property in Richmond in 2013. Since my experience seven years was a good one, I decided to look up Mr. Curtis to see if he would be interested in listing our property. We listed with him and were pleasantly surprised at how efficient as well as, the expedient manner in which he handled the sale. We were updated almost daily on the progress of the sale. Nelson had a good way about him of showing the place without inconveniencing the current tenants. Once we received a contract on the property, Mr. Curtis provided a great service by communicating with the settlement lawyer, and arranging various inspections as required. He was on top of what the seller was doing and made sure that the sale was moving forward without delay. My wife and I were very pleased with Mr. Curtis's performance and would recommend him for any future Real Estate Transactions.
