Walker FonvilleQuestion & Answer
I moved to Richmond in 1983 and my mother bought a house on Stuart Avenue in the Fan. I loved growing up there…there was always something to do and places to walk and appreciate all that Richmond has to offer.
We are fortunate to live in a place with fabulous restaurants, museums, Virginia Capital Trail, James River and a supportive running community. Easy to wake up on a Saturday and GO!
My first experience in real estate was looking at homes with my mother as a young child. I am sure we were very challenging clients with all the homes we wanted to see. Our goal was to buy near our school, but my mom fell in love with the architecture of the home she boughtwhich was almost 30 minutes away from school!
Looking back at our experience, I appreciate the empathy and patience our realtor showed us. Being a realtor requires patience, and I love being part of that process.
