Meet Susan Richardson

Susan Richardson began her real estate career with Select Properties of Virginia in April 2018 as their Office Administrator in Irvington and obtained her real estate license in 2019. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia – Go Hoos! Susan moved to the Northern Neck from Williamsburg, VA with her husband Thomas and their two children in 1999. She is a past board member of the Lancaster Community Library and a member of Rappahannock River Yacht Club. In her free time, she is a curious cook, enjoys gardening & sailing and going for walks with their yellow Lab Biscuit. Susan enjoys working with the Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville team and being a part of such a professional, knowledgeable and conscientious group of agents. I believe my ability to communicate effectively and consistently with my clients and always going the extra mile to ensure the best experience is what I offer clients when they choose to work with me.
