      What is your favorite thing about your commuity/city?
      I have many favorite things, but one of my favorite things about Richmond is its character and sense of history. The architecture, tree-lined streets, and preserved neighborhoods give the city a timeless feel, while its evolving energy keeps it fresh and exciting. I also love the strong sense of community here. Each area has its own personality and charm, yet there's a shared pride in calling Richmond home. From local restaurants and small businesses to outdoor spaces along the river, Richmond offers a balance of culture, community, and livability that makes it truly special.
      What initially drew you to real estate?
      I was initially drawn to real estate because of my genuine love for houses and the history and stories they hold. Growing up in Richmond and putting down lifelong roots here gave me a deep appreciation for the city’s architecture, character, and rich past. Over time, that appreciation naturally evolved into a desire to help others find their place within it. Real estate allows me to combine my love of houses, history, and community in a truly meaningful way.
      Why is relationship building so key to your success?
      Relationship building is key to my success because real estate is built on trust. Buying or selling a home is a significant decision, and clients deserve someone who listens, communicates clearly, and truly understands their goals. Strong relationships create confidence, encourage honest conversations, and often lead to long-term connections beyond the transaction.
      How does your background/previous experience bring a unique perspective to your work?
      My background as a Transaction Coordinator gives me a unique behind-the-scenes understanding of the entire real estate process. I’ve managed contracts, deadlines, and details from start to finish, so I know exactly what it takes to keep a transaction on track. That experience allows me to anticipate potential issues before they arise, stay highly organized, and ensure nothing is overlooked. It gives my clients the confidence of knowing their transaction is being handled with precision, care, and a steady approach.
