As a native of Richmond and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Rita Wright has extensive knowledge of the Richmond area. Before real estate sales, Rita supported and managed the underwriting/processing of mortgage loans for fortune 500 banks coupled with management experience with Capital One.
Leveraging her experience in mortgage banking empowers Rita to provide premium service to her clients. She is known for outstanding client service, innovative and tailored marketing techniques, attentive to her clients' needs, and skillful negotiating for her clients' interests. In her spare time, Rita loves to read, cycle, and tour historic properties. She is a member of the Atlee Ruritans, a docent for The Shelton House, and a Neighborhood Watch Coordinator.
