I have been active in the metro-Richmond real estate market since 1983 and my background reflects experience in sales, marketing, administration and management. My roles have included residential sales, broker management and compliance, corporate relocation, business development, marketing, new home construction and development, and, commercial construction, development and marketing. Additionally, I have experience as a licensed title insurance agent and have conducted residential real estate settlements as well. This extensive experience gives me a unique perspective and insight into all aspects of a real estate transaction.

I have been active in the Richmond Association of REALTORS® and the Home Building Association of Richmond having served on many committees over the years. In the community, I have been involved with my church, have served on PTAs in officer and fundraising co-chair roles and, I have been active on home owner association boards as an officer positions and various committee chairs. And, as a longtime advocate of animal rescue, I have volunteered for many local and regional rescue organizations and shelters in capacities that vary from fundraising, transport, home visits, well checks and fostering (failing miserably at the foster-thing).
