Her experience as a Property Manager with Berkshire Hathaway provided a strong foundation in investment property, leasing, and long-term asset management. Working closely with both owners and tenants strengthened her communication skills, negotiation abilities, and attention to detail. It also deepened her understanding of how real estate supports broader financial goals, knowledge that benefits both buyers and sellers today.

One of Lynne’s greatest strengths is her design background. She is a Certified Home Stager and holds an interior design certification from the University of Richmond. She naturally sees potential in every space. Sellers appreciate her thoughtful staging advice that helps homes stand out and connect emotionally with buyers. Buyers value her ability to help them envision possibilities, whether that means simple cosmetic updates or long-term design plans that truly make a house feel like home.

Having worked through many different market conditions since 2004, Lynne offers calm, experienced guidance and honest advice. She believes real estate is not just about transactions, but about relationships. Outside of real estate, Lynne is most proud of her family. She is the proud parent of two wonderful children and a devoted grandmother, known as GG, to five grandchildren.
