I received my real estate license in 1977. I was teaching school and learning the business during the years of historically high interest rates. My first sales occurred when interest rates were 14%. In 1984 I decided to leave teaching and the restaurant business to work as a full time Realtor. Since then, I have experienced the frenzy of a seller’s market, the serenity of a buyer’s market and the soundness of a balanced market. As a result, I can offer you the guidance and insight of a seasoned professional.

I have served on local and state committees, Boards of Directors, received awards for sales production and furthered my education to receive designations. I have also managed and trained hundreds of agents. The MOST IMPORTANT thing is that I am prepared to take great care of you whether you are buying and/or selling.
