Lisa and Leo Legaspi, a mother-son duo, have collaborated in real estate since Leo joined Lisa in 2018. Lisa, a licensed Realtor since 2006, brings a wealth of experience to their partnership, which thrives on positive referrals and shared core values.
Family: Family means everything to them. A military family of seven, the Legaspis had to be tight-knit due to frequent moves around the country and world. After settling in Williamsburg in 2005, they have only added to the family, bringing even more closeness.

What is your favorite thing about your town?
My favorite thing about our community is that you get the
amenities of a big city while living in what feels like a small
town. The people in Williamsburg are very tight-knit, whether
it is rallying behind a high school football team, supporting a
local restaurant or brewery, or enjoying a local musician.
What initially drew you to real estate?
As a 3rd generation realtor, real estate gave our family the
opportunity to grow a business together. I enjoy connecting
all of the moving parts in a real estate transaction and taking
a daunting task like moving and making it as smooth and
easy as possible.
How does your background bring a unique perspective to your work?
Growing up in a military family, I understand the challenges
and stress of being uprooted to a new place. I’ve experienced
moving to a brand new city/country without friends or
communities to lean on. It is my goal to help people making
the transition to an unfamiliar place as comfortable as
possible from the begining.
Why is relationship building so key to your success?
Building strong sub-communities has always been the
backbone of our business. I am dedicated to nurturing
relationships by putting friendship first. Friends and clients
can trust that their needs will always be my top priority.
Being a reliable source for my clients forms the foundation
trust, loyalty, and collaboration, creating a network of
support that goes beyond transactional interactions.
How has your previous experience benefited your practice of real estate?
My mission is to provide a personalized, supportive, and
seamless real estate experience by prioritizing trust,
understanding, and genuine relationships. I am dedicated to
helping clients feel at home whether they are moving across
town, states, or countries, ensuring their transition is as
comfortable and effortless as possible.
