Meet Jarred Nowell

I've known Jarred Nowell since 2021, and he's helped me through two major transactions — buying a home at a great price during one of the hottest markets, and more recently, selling the property for an excellent price. Both times, his expertise and deep understanding of the market made all the difference. What sets Jarred apart is that he never feels like "just an agent" — he feels like a friend. He's patient and never pushy; if a deal isn't right, he's completely fine walking away rather than rushing you into something. He guides you through every step of the process, always keeping the deal on track and working to get you the best possible price. He also has a great eye for which repairs or upgrades are actually worth the investment, giving advice that consistently delivers the best return for the money spent. Work and family have taken me away from Richmond for now, but wherever I end up next, I only hope to find agents and real estate professionals as reliable and trustworthy as Jarred. I can't say enough great things about Jarred Nowell and team! Jarred has helped me buy and/or sell four houses over the past 10 years (due to downsizing, job relocations and changes in my priorities).
