What is your favorite thing about your town?
My overall favorite thing about Richmond is the ease of living
here, as well as the emerging restaurant scene, beautiful
museums and parks, nature-filled neighborhoods and all the
wonderful people.
What initially drew you to real estate?
I initially began my real estate career with the idea
that I would be helping people realize their dream of
homeownership. And, after over 20 years in the business, it
is still my favorite part of the job.
How does your background bring a unique perspective to your work?
Throughout my career, I have always been in some kind of
sales. I have realized that being in sales is about developing
relationships with people, listening, understanding their
needs and advising them accordingly. And, for real
estate, these are key elements that I bring to every client
relationship.
Why is relationship building so key to your success?
Establishing a strong relationship with my clients has always
helped me better understand and anticipate their needs,
which has ultimately helped me to serve their highest and
best interests throughout the process.
What is your mission statement?
My mission is to follow the “Golden Rule” and treat others as
I would like to be treated.
What’s most important to you in your business?
The most important aspect of my business is to create
happy clients.

I am an avid supporter of No Kid Hungry, as well as other
worthwhile organizations that provide support to those
who may be struggling.

Amazing Experience
I was a first-time home buyer and had an amazing experience with Holly. No question I had went unanswered, and the information she provided me with made the home buying process so much easier than I anticipated.
Holly was awesome! We definitely felt like she was working for us. She was very patient in showing us several homes, sometimes the same ones multiple times. She worked to get as much info about the properties as she could to help us figure out which one(s) we wanted to pursue. We also had a few unique circumstances. We pursued a HomePath REO foreclosure which turned out to not be for us, but she learned the process and guided us every step of the way. Then, when we did find another house that we loved and got our offer accepted, she worked wonderfully through that process as well. It was a for sale by owner so she was awesome in helping ensure the i's were dotted and t's were crossed for both parties. She accompanied us to all the inspections and follow up. The process took a stressful turn for everyone when our loan fell through. But Holly acted quickly and effectively to call and connect us with another lender who did end up getting out loan approved and processed! Awesome work beyond the typical just showing houses and showing up for the closing. She was our home search companion and advocate, and we couldn't be happier in our new home.
