Debbie Lange has been helping families buy and sell their homes in the greater Richmond area for 34 years. Real estate is truly her passion. With her extensive knowledge of the entire real estate sales and marketing process Debbie has been a consistent top producer every year since she started in 1983.

Debbie is not only a realtor with buying, selling and marketing experience, she comes from a family of experienced high-end kitchen and bath remodelers. She is an architectural designer, home economist and a certified kitchen designer. If upgrades need to be made to your home, Debbie will not only let you know but she will put you in touch with the right people to make it happen. And if it doesn't need to be done, she'll let you know that, too.

Debbie has been in Virginia since 1971 and is very involved in her community. She is a founding president of her garden club, founder of the local chapter of the Red Hat society and is very involved with her church as an active Stephan Minister.

Having served the Greater Richmond Metropolitan Area, including the Capital City, the Counties of Henrico, Chesterfield and Hanover, buyers and sellers continue to receive only the highest quality of service before during and after each transaction.

Debbie's extensive knowledge of the region is primary in assisting individuals relocating to Virginia as well as those currently residing. Often assisting generations of families, over 85 percent of her clientele comes from referrals from happy past clients.
