      What is your favorite thing about Richmond?
      My favorite thing about Richmond is the balance between its different characters. From historic architecture, walkable neighborhoods, good local restaurants and parks along the James River, there's always something that makes Richmond unique. I also like how quickly the city, and its surrounding areas are growing. If you're willing to look for the opportunities, Richmond is the city to invest in.
      What initially drew you to real estate?
      I was initially drawn in to real estate because I wanted to better understand how the housing market was shaped and how it fluctuates over time. Real estate is a field that combines market analysis, strategy, and working closely with people. I felt that by getting involved, I could learn new skills and grow over time while also doing what I love: making a difference in other people's lives.
      Why is relationship building so key to your success?
      Real estate is a relationship-driven business. When clients feel comfortable and are able to trust their agent, communication is clearer and the whole process becomes smoother for everyone involved. Personally, having a good relationship with people I want to help helps me understand what their goals are so we can focus on them.
      How does your background bring a unique perspective to your work?
      As a double-major on biology and finance, my academic background has trained me to approach everything logically, research thoroughly, and pay attention to details. I bring that same mindset to help my clients make informed and thoughtful decisions.
      How do you help clients navigate challenging market conditions or uncertainties?
      The first step to navigate an uncertain market is to first understand clearly what challenges it poses and identifying the best strategies to overcome them. Nothing is impossible. Even in a bad market, the right opportunities still exist. I will always prioritize clear communication with clients and will always keep their best interests in mind as I guide them towards their goals.
      What is your mission statement?
      My mission as an agent is to provide my clients with honesty, transparency, clear communication, and thoughtful insight on the market so they're confident when making decisions.
