She never hesitated to be honest with us about the pros and cons of a home, and we never once felt pushed into a house we didn't love. She honored our opinions and our process and masterfully facilitated viewings and decisions so that we felt informed, but in control. Her innate ability to filter my dreams for a home through casual conversation were beyond impressive; and her respect for what I explicitly wanted was granted. I love her gumption and tenacity. Those qualities are what ultimately made the sale of my home that was initially listed as "for rent". Beyond those effective qualities, Chelle also shows you that she is listening. I have a geriatric, large breed, dog who is struggling with stairs. A lot of homes we visited had very steep and narrow stairways. I must have mentioned that my dog would have a hard time with those. To my truly heart felt surprise, one of the features she was so excited about with the home that I ended up buying was a less steep, and wide stairway. Words will never express how grateful I am to have had Chelle Bravo as my Realtor.

Not a single unscrupulous bone in her body! I have always been markedly apprehensive about the home buying experience; the magnitude of the decision, the red tape, and not least of all finding a trustworthy real estate agent. In that regard, I count myself as extremely fortunate to have had Chelle as my agent and guide for the endeavor. In fact, I doubt I would have seen it through to the end without her. From the very beginning, she listened to me. She listened to what I was looking for in a home; she listened to my many (and I do mean many) concerns; she listened when I asked questions. She regarded every one of those questions as valid and answered each one carefully, drawing on what I could tell was an encyclopedic knowledge of her field. On the rare occasion that she didn’t have the answer I was looking for, she was very quick to find out or otherwise direct me to the person who would. But most importantly, Chelle swiftly became someone I knew I could trust. Perhaps my greatest fear in entering the home buying arena was falling prey to a predatory agent who would pressure me into buying the first, most expensive home I was approved for – someone who was only interested in finishing the deal and saw me as just another commission. It was apparent from our first conversation that Chelle simply is not that type of person. She truly took her time and exercised patience (and I mean, A LOT of patience) in helping me find first the area and then the home that was not only right for me but also well within my budget. Above all else, I found her to be a very kind and warmhearted person. I doubt she has a single unscrupulous bone in her body.

Chelle did an excellent job I began with Chelle Bravo by discussing plans to downsize and finding property in Hanover County before listing my home. Chelle immediately started with property searches which quickly led to multiple options and my final decision to build. With a timeline in place Chelle coordinated the sale of my home beginning with explaining the process, professional photographs, listing and holding an open house, contract negotiations, sale and all the way through close. Chelle did an excellent job through the entire process.

Incredible Agent! I wanted to relay how incredibly thankful and impressed I am to have been able to work with one of your agents, Chelle Bravo. From the first day of working with her, Chelle was incredibly professional, approachable & accessible, clear in her communication, and most importantly was a fierce advocate during this process. As a first time home buyer, there were many moving steps in this process and it would have been very easy to feel overwhelmed, which is why I feel particularly fortunate to have worked with Chelle, who made things clear and very straightforward. She took the time to show many homes and got a feel for what we were looking for, and then guided us through the process while being as strategic as possible, both with making offers on homes as well as how to respond to the seller's needs. Our home purchase was a complicated one because of a joint mortgage, a very uncompromising seller, navigating around an existing lawsuit against the seller before closing, as well as rental agreements and appraisal needs with contractors. It was fairly complex and required close attention to detail. Without Chelle's guidance, I don't know that I would be happily moving into my first home due to these complications. She led the way in terms of explaining details and then advocated strongly for our needs. Up until we walked out of closing, Chelle was there guiding the way.
