Cathy is a proud native of the Northern Neck and has full local perspective of the area. She has been a licensed realtor since 2004. She was awarded her brokers license in Spring 2015 and has been awarded the Northern Neck Association of Realtors "Platinum" Sales Award 2014-2018 and "Diamond" Sales Award 2019-2023. A member of Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of Realtors and Northern Neck Association of Realtors, she covers the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula areas.

As a full time realtor, her goal is to provide full service for buyers and sellers. The key to her success is honesty, service and communication with all of her clients.

What is your favorite thing about Lancaster?

I am a true local from White Stone. In fact, we live in my great-grandfather’s home. I’ve seen many changes over the years and much growth in our area and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Rural but beautiful, with so many friendly faces and the beautiful bodies of water that surround our area. As my Dad would always say when we reached the Rappahannock River Bridge, “Now I am Home.

What initially drew you to real estate?

I worked for The Tides Lodge in the hotel industry for 25 years and always loved people. Real Estate had always been on my mind and once the opportunity became available for me to pursue my career in Real Estate, I never looked back. Being in the hospitality industry for so many years, I was fortunate to make many friends and future clients.

How does your background bring a unique perspective to your work?

Being a native of White Stone, having local knowledge is important. In addition, my years at The Tides Lodge provided me with the skills of working with people and I want my clients to trust me and have a positive experience when selling or purchasing a home.

What’s most important to you in your business?

Building relationships and trust is most important to me in my business.
