What is your favorite thing about your community/city?
I love that there's always so much to do! Love the rich history alongside the fun, upbeat bars and restaurants - and most of all, the kindness of the people. It truly feels like a big city with a small-town heart.
What initially drew you to real estate?
What initially drew me to real estate was my love of helping people. I'm truly honored to guide my clients through the process and be a part of one of the biggest moments in their lives. Love what I do!
Why is relationship building so key to your success?
Relationship building is key to my success because real estate is built on trust. Taking the time to truly know my clients-their goals, concerns, and what matters most to them-allows me to serve them better. Those relationships don't end at the closing table; they often turn into lifelong connections, referrals, and most importantly friendships!
How does your background/previous experience bring a unique perspective to your work?
My background gives me a well-rounded perspective on real estate. I’ve spent years in retail and administrative roles, which taught me organization, communication, and attention to detail. I’ve also purchased several homes myself, so I truly understand the process from a client’s point of view. Additionally, my experience working for an insurance company closely connected to a real estate firm allowed me to learn the ins and outs of the industry long before becoming an agent. All of this helps me guide clients with knowledge, empathy, and confidence.
How do you help clients navigate challenging market conditions or uncertainties?
I help clients navigate challenging or uncertain market conditions by educating them and keeping communication clear and honest. I take the time to explain market trends, options, and strategies so they feel informed and empowered, not overwhelmed. By listening closely to their goals and concerns, I tailor a plan that fits their situation and adjust as needed. My role is to be a steady, trusted guide—advocating for them every step of the way so they can move forward with confidence, even in a shifting market.
What is your mission statement?
My mission is to serve others with integrity, care, and expertise—guiding clients through one of life’s most important moments with clarity and confidence. I am committed to building lasting relationships, advocating wholeheartedly for my clients, and creating a real estate experience rooted in trust, kindness, and excellence.
Can you share a success story where your personalized approach made a significant difference for a client?
I’ve been fortunate to have many success stories in my real estate career, but one of my favorites involved helping a client secure an off-market home in a highly sought-after neighborhood with strong competition. By working closely with the sellers and maintaining clear, respectful communication, I was able to create a smooth, positive experience and ultimately secure the home for my clients. I believe my calm, professional demeanor helps foster trust and collaboration with sellers and other agents, which often makes a meaningful difference in achieving successful outcomes.
