A Richmond native, Brittney Grove Rose grew up in Western Henrico and has loved watching the Richmond area grow into the vibrant town it is today. Brittney attended the University of Maryland where she played four years of varsity volleyball and received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and Public Relations.

Before becoming a licensed realtor, Brittney spent over a decade in technology sales and project management. She is passionate about building authentic relationships, allowing clients to feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire buying and selling process. What is your favorite thing about Richmond?

I grew up in Richmond and now love that I get to raise my children here as well. No matter what your stage of life, there is so much the city offers from restaurants and festivals to sporting events and outdoor activities. I’ve lived in Richmond for over 30 years and love that I can still find something new to experience on a weekly basis!

What initially drew you to real estate?

After spending over a decade in technology recruiting and sales all while watching my husband, Thomas Rose, excel as a real estate agent, I knew I wanted to make the jump. I love that my business is based on my reputation and every day I have the opportunity to impact someone’s life by helping to achieve their real estate goals.

How does your background bring a unique perspective to your work?

Growing up, my parents ran their own small business in medical equipment sales. I saw everyday the effort it takes to build a business from the ground up and most importantly, do it through fostering relationships and treating people fairly. I use those values day in and day out not only in real estate but in life.

What’s most important to you in your business?

Building relationships and trust will always be most important to my business. Whether it be clients, lenders, other agents or services companies, to accomplish the best results, relationships are key.
