Meet Ashley Slate

Ashley has been in the industry for over ten years now and has a unique and diverse background of knowledge within the field. Ashley began her career back in 2003 with the Homebuilders Association of Richmond helping lead the interior design team at multiple subdivisions in model homes within Bell Creek, Atlee Station Village, and Honey Meadows. She there began her interest and career as staging the homes and learning the inner workings of the business by seeing a floorplan be created from the ground up. She participated in selections, showings, and marketing of the subdivisions which has helped lead her into such success.

Ashley has an eye for visualizing a home and helping her clients see their personal vision, which is often hard to find in a realtor. With such talent Ashley was then tasked from 2006-2008 to participate in the Parade of Homes as a judge for their new construction homes by various builders within Virginia and North Carolina cities. Ashley’s been blessed with a keen intuition for interior decorating, outstanding customer service, and dedication and understanding of the builders she has supported within in the Richmond community. She is a certified site professional allowing her to work at a number of well-known builders such as Eagle Construction; West Broad Village, Royal Dominion Homes; Stone Harbor, Winchester Homes with both new construction sites Stable Hill and Founders Bridge. With her credibility and expertise in the field, she has now moved on to working with Youngblood Properties in the Hallsley subdivision and is currently the site agent. Ashley’s achieved the GOLD Star Award in the past two years at the MAME Awards for accomplishing the most sales in new construction.
