Amy did an AMAZING job helping us get our first house. She was very attentive to our needs from the beginning. Very friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. She made sure we understood every step of the process, was always prompt to respond, and if we wanted to see a house the same day she made it work. During the negotiation and contract process she ensured we were getting a good deal, and also always honestly advised us which made us feel much better about buying our house. We had many many hiccups during the closing (not on our side but seller/appraiser), but she made it possible to close regardless! I would highly recommend Amy if you are in the market to sell or to buy a home! She is very hard working and puts her heart and soul into her job! I was always given great notice when someone was coming to look at the house and she was always reaching out for feedback! I also loved that if work needed to be done, she had contacts or would find someone at a reasonable price and even go to the house if I was at work to get the job done!
