Walker is thrilled to start her real estate career with Shaheen, Ruth, Martin and Fonville. Originally from North Carolina, Walker moved to Richmond at the age of 13. Growing up in the Fan with places like The Fan Market, Buddy’s Restaurant, and the Flower Lady right around the corner, Walker grew to love Richmond and all its character and charm. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Walker returned to Richmond in 1993 and started a career in marketing and actively volunteered in organizations such as The Virginia Home and The Virginia Home for Boys and Girls. Married to Mahood Fonville since 1995, she has helped him behind the scenes in his real estate career while raising 4 children, 2 dogs and 2 litters of puppies. Walker knows how a home should look on the first day it hits the market and helps clients with furniture placement, de-cluttering and adding those special touches to make the home look its best. She looks forward to creating her own real estate business while working with Mahood and providing the best service to both their buyers and sellers.
