Patsy is a lifelong resident of Chesterfield County working as a full-time REALTOR® since 1990 in the Tri-City and surrounding areas. Education has been an important part of Patsy's career, as she's obtained her Associate Broker's License, GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations. In March 2016, Patsy received the Educator of the Year Award at the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors' Awards for Excellence ceremony, which is presented to a real estate agent who promotes and teaches real estate within the association and the community. Being a veteran instructor of post-licensing and continuing education classes, Patsy is also a certified ethics instructor who goes above and beyond to assist students and real estate professionals.
