Katie Boykin brings a lifelong passion for real estate and a deep appreciation for community to her work in the Richmond market. Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, she attended the University of Kentucky before beginning her real estate career in 2005 — knowing from a young age that real estate was the only profession she ever wanted to pursue.

In 2012, Katie and her husband relocated to Richmond and quickly fell in love with the city, its neighborhoods, and everything it has to offer. With over two decades of experience, she offers clients seasoned market knowledge, thoughtful guidance, and a steady, confident approach throughout the buying and selling process.

Outside of real estate, Katie and her husband live near the University of Richmond with their two daughters. Deeply connected to the community, she enjoys raising her family in the city she now proudly calls home and brings that same care and commitment to every client relationship.
