Our experience with Kim Atkinson was amazing!!

My husband and I relocated to the area for work, after a lifetime in NJ. Kim helped make the transition as smooth as possible. From helping us find our new home to negotiating with the builder, to following up on every detail/aspect of the transaction, she helped make the process easy. She was always available to answer our questions whether via text, email or phone call, and her genuine care and understanding of what we were looking for as well as our situation, a MAJOR, life change was very much appreciated. She understands the market and is very knowledgeable. If she doesn't know the answer to a question she will find out. I highly recommend Kim.

Kim was great, she was extremely responsive and went out of her way to make herself available. She has great relationships with the local reps and was able to get certain questions regarding the history of the house answered quickly from the selling agent. We've recommended her to anyone we know thinking of purchasing a house and will certainly do the same in the future.

Mary was an absolute blessing to deal with when buying our house. We relocated to the area from a few hundred miles away. We were very nervous about the entire process, but with her reassurance, expertise and attention to our needs, she made a very stressful time period a breeze. She gave us great information on local shops, grocery stores, anything we could need as a buyer new to the area.
