Todd began a career in the real estate business in the early seventies. Throughout his business career he has been focused on providing sales and service solutions to customers from a variety of backgrounds, most recently focusing on executives at colleges and universities. As a life-long resident of Richmond, Todd spent his youth in the “old” Glen Allen and later attended Virginia Commonwealth University. This focus on sales and service solutions and a personal knowledge of the broader Richmond community allow Todd to deliver on commitments whether you are selling a home, buying your first home, or thinking about downsizing or upsizing.
