Professional, knowledgeable, connected, and abundant are just a few words to describe Maribeth Carr. Going through relocation is a very scary time for families and is not for the faint of heart. Maribeth handled my family, our questions, and our concerns with care and love. She placed our wants and needs first in every conversation and helped us thoughtfully select our dream home. She was a great listener, yet still assertive and confident guiding us through the process. I would trust Maribeth with my family and closest friends. I highly Recommend her.
Maribeth is a determined problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude that is critical for this line of work. Whatever wrinkle, hiccup, or roadblock we encountered, she knew how to overcome it with confidence and certainty. Many times we found ourselves troubled about pending deadlines or repairs that needed to happen and wondered how we could possibly get it all done. She always stepped in a made sure it happened and often went well above and beyond what was expected (even after the deal was closed). Her ability to shepherd us through the process was comforting and incredibly reassuring. She has a calming influence that can't be overstated!
